using the tools and ingredients provided, guests collaborate with one another to produce visually appealing culinary compositions that are photographed and shared around their peers. every event is documented using multiple cameras and timelapse videos that capture the moments of how each colony composition comes together into a collective whole.
the tableware is custom designed and handmade for each one time event. at the end of every dining experience, each guest is gifted the custom “one of a kind” tableware that accompanied them to take home as a both a functional art piece and a memory of the experience.
