For the “Crazy Susan” event, fifteen guests were invited to assemble different types of toast. Each guest was provided with a unique custom-made wooden serving tray and encouraged to produce a visual composition that presented the ingredients they chose.
The guests were seated around three different rotating trays containing different types of ingredients for their toast. Every guest was provided with a custom made kneeling stool and rack stand for them to comfortably take a place on the floor cushion surrounding the rotating trays.
Seated guests were asked to collaborate with one another to spin the trays and share ingredients that they would then compose on their personal elevated serving racks. Afterwards, guests recorded their aesthetic arrangements at a photo booth.
